Description

Ursie’s Saloon is an audio-reactive piece built in TouchDesigner and TDAbleton, based on a track from a soundtrack we composed for the video game Night Loops. In-game image assets from the developer were remixed into the visuals to ground them in the game’s world. Because we produced the music ourselves, we had the individual stems, which meant isolating MIDI notes, rhythms, and song metadata and mapping each to color, scale, opacity, and movement. The result is a responsive audiovisual piece built across four scenes.
